We understand the importance of getting your journey right so this is a quick checklist to ensure we have covered all the important information relevant to your booking. Home Travel Company is committed to taking great care of our clients and their travel needs.

The information below is to be returned by the person responsible for the booking with Home Travel Company and covers all persons travelling on the itinerary.

Please also make sure you do not need to have dual citizenship due to your birth right or that of a parent or parents because if you do it may mean the visa for an Australian passport holder does not apply to you.

It is really important that you take the time to read and acknowledge the following items have been verified and provided to you at the time of booking or through the booking stage.

Full passport names,

Names on the itinerary are exactly the same as your passport names – international travel.

Names on the itinerary can be first and last name only – domestic travel can be your drivers license or other form of ID .

Passport validity

Passports are valid , must have at least 6months from the date of your return.

If not an Australian passport you have checked entry requirements back into Australia and into other countries on your itinerary

Visas

You have the correct visa or an electronic travel authorization form for all countries you are visiting. You understand this is your responsibility to check visas, immigration and health requirements.

Itinerary

Double check dates and destinations and are as per your needs.

Terms & Conditions

I have received an explanation of all terms & conditions from Home Travel Company and know that it is my responsibility to understand each supplier/providers terms and conditions, which can be found on their brochures or websites. These terms are critical to understand when it comes to amendments, cancellation etc and the professional fees kept by Home Travel Company.

Credit cards

Credit cards provided to Home Travel Company can be used for the booking payments and you understand there are credit card fees.

Airline Merchandise
I am aware of the inclusions of the airfare purchased (eg meals, baggage, lounge access etc) and my carriers booking reference number to access my booking off the airlines www.

Travel Insurance

I have been offered travel insurance.

Payment deadlines

I am aware of my payment deadlines and that prices are subject to change until payment if received in full.
