Home Travel Company ALWAYS REQUIRES WRITTEN AUTHORITY TO DEBIT THIS CARD (Verbal, Email, or Fax ) IS SUFFICIENT.

WE WILL ONLY USE THIS CARD FOR TRAVEL AS AUTHORISED.

When the supplier is the merchant this form will be sent to the supplier as your authority and their name will appear on your statement,

if used by Home Travel Company the merchant will appear as ZEN*TP* followed by Home Travel Company, Penguin.

In accepting your ‘authority to charge’ Home Travel Company acts as a travel agent in so far as booking and selling transport or accommodation for airlines, cruise lines, hotels and other service providers. We do not investigate or give any assurance about the financial condition or solvency of any service provider and are not liable or responsible for any insolvency, business failure or grounding of any airline, cruise line, hotel, tour company or other service. Home Travel Company or Travelpay accept NO responsibility and will not accept charge back from any bank or institution.
