Aalborg is tagged as the city of taste!  But really it’s an industrial and University city with a population of 130000 – and Utzon, famed for our Opera House is seen alive and well with the buildings on the waterfront., founded by the Vikings in the late 1900’s and is Denmark’s 4^th largest city and today we dock in the historical city centre and it’s around here their history has been about sea faring with historical merchants very wealthy and living well in half timbered mansions many that are still seen today.  It’s a short stay but a good stay as we arrive 2pm and leave at 8.30pm
